Below you will find pricing for planning & coordination only. For design, rentals & decor pricing, we want to give you the most specific and tailored quote we can give you based on your style, budget and wedding size. Because of the specific nature of design & decor for events, a free one on one consultation will be scheduled so we can better quote a price just for you. 3 Levels of Pricing

 #1: The Southern Belle

$2,500.00

(50% deposit due with signed contract)

*All services listed in levels #2 & #3 are also included in level #1

 

-SLD-TX owner will meet with you personally to build a budget that fits your specific needs and advise you on the type of vendors that will fit into your budget and offer ideas and suggestions to begin your planning journey with SLD-TX to ensure your budget is kept.

 

-SLD-TX will create and manage your guest list and facilitate the sending of your save the dates, invitations, RSVP's & thank you notes.

 

-SLD-TX will create a to-do/checklist for the Bride, Groom, Maid of Honor, Best Man & any other vital member of the wedding party who we identify as having tasks to complete prior to your big day. Will send email reminders & updates to necessary wedding party members as the event grows closer.

 

-SLD-TX will contact, on your behalf, local vendors to potentially service your wedding to request info and availability and will provide that info to the Bride for consideration. SLD-TX will work with you to create a schedule that fits your needs for vendor consulations, tastings, fittings, etc. SLD-TX will represent you, in your absence, based on prior discussions about your budget & style preferences. These vendors include, but are not limited to: Design, catering, cakes/desserts, photographer, videographer, DJ services, bride/bridesmaids dresses, venues for ceremony/reception, officiants, bartending, linens, tableware, floral, etc.

 

-SLD-TX will document and keep track of all payments to vendors & will execute follow-up phone calls and emails with all chosen vendors multiple times prior to event.

 

-Will meet to discuss design elements, colors, pin board ideas, timelines, etc. to ensure the SLD-TX team is in tune with the bride & grooms vision.

 

-WIll discuss, rehearsal, rehearsal dinner & all pre-wedding activities to devise a plan for each detail leading to the big day. Will assist in honeymoon planning and booking.

 

-Designer/Planner and any required SLD-TX team members will be on site when selected venue allows for initial installation of decor to begin. No matter the design load, we will be on site a MINIMUM of 4 hours prior to ceremony/event start time. The SLD-TX team will stay on site until removal of all decor items/vendor items are removed from the venue.

 

-After event, the SLD-TX team will return all rented items back to vendors.LD-TX will 

 

 

 

 

 #2: The Love of the South

$1250.00

(50% deposit due with signed contract)

*All services listed in levels #3 are also included in level #2

 

 

-SLD-TX owner will meet with you personally to build a budget that fits your specific needs and advise you on the type of vendors that will fit into your budget and offer ideas and suggestions to begin your planning journey with SLD-TX to ensure your budget is kept.

 

-SLD-TX will keep track of and help facilitate the bride/groom in ensuring they have all legal items necessary prior to the wedding ceremony such as marriage license, passport, etc.

 

-SLD-TX will create a to-do/checklist for the Bride, Groom, Maid of Honor, Best Man & any other vital member of the wedding party who we identify as having tasks to complete prior to your big day. Will send email reminders & updates to necessary wedding party members as the event grows closer.

 

-SLD-TX will contact & gather information for these local vendors: venue, photographer, caterer, florist & linen/tableware & will follow-up within 2 weeks of event.

 

-Designer/Planner and 1 SLD-TX team member will be on site a MINIMUM of 2 hours prior to ceremony/event start time. The SLD-TX team will stay on site for 1 hour after bride/groom departure to oversee removal of all decor items. If additional team members are needed the fee is $150.00 per team member.

 

 

#3: Love & "I Do"

 $625.00
(50% deposit due with signed contract)

 

 

Day of ONLY

Do you have it all planned out, from the vendors, the gifts, the centerpieces & all the way to your fairy tale send off? AWESOME! We could not be more proud of the DIY Bride and your daring spirit! BUT, we want you to have an awesome day and not have to worry about when your cake will arrive, or when your guests are supposed to get up to eat or if Uncle Barry has had a few too many doubles. We want you to enjoy your day, and YOU SHOULD for all the hard work you put in during all the months leading to the big day. Let the team at SLD-TX be your right hand on the big day!

 

-We will have 2 meetings prior to the big day to discuss all of your prior planning and gain a solid understanding of where we are needed on your big day. The first meeting will be when we initially sign the contract and the second will be a minimum of 2 weeks prior to your big day, preferrably at the wedding venue. We will ALWAYS be available via email/text messaging for any questions or concerns regarding the day of.

 

-We will create a timeline with you for the day of your wedding and will distribute that timeline to your vendors for their review, specifically the photographer, caterer, florist, DJ, cake delivery, officiant and bartending service.

 

-SLD-TX will create a to-do/checklist for the Bride, Groom, Maid of Honor, Best Man & any other vital member of the wedding party who we identify as having tasks to complete on your big day. Will send email reminders & updates to necessary wedding party members a minimum of 2 weeks prior to the event.

 

-The SLD-TX team will be on site for 10 hours maximum for this package. $50 per hour additional for each hour booked over the 10 hours. Also $200 per additional team member for the 10 hours for this package. 10 hour time-span is decided prior to event.

 

-Will direct the ceremony lineup, timing and arrangement. Will also direct the timeline we discussed throughout the reception to include cues for all wedding activities throughout the evening.

 

-SLD-TX team will assist in minor clean-up after reception ends but will not be responsible for 100% clean-up unless Bride/Groom opt for a clean-up package in which is quoted seperately PER EVENT.
